On a late Saturday night in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Terrell Jarrett was tragically cut short. On June 28, 2014, at approximately 11:45 p.m., in the 1300 block of Ward Street, Jarrett was shot multiple times, sustaining wounds to his chest and stomach.
