In the early hours of a Saturday in Baltimore, Maryland, a Kenyan man's life was tragically cut short in what appears to have been a senseless act of violence. David Wakaba Mbugua, a 36-year-old Black male, was waiting at a bus stop in the downtown area at the intersection of Charles and Baltimore streets on May 3, 2014, when he was attacked and stabbed multiple times.
