Teria'le Rawls, a 17-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on July 28, 2014, in Bradenton, Florida. Witnesses reported that Teria'le was in a gold-colored car when the shooting occurred. Two men, Frank Brice Jr. and Jasper “Buddha” Dudley, were identified as the shooters. They were accused of firing into the car, striking Teria'le. The incident was part of an ongoing feud between groups from Sarasota and Bradenton. Both Brice and Dudley faced charges of second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by someone under the age of 24 who had previously been found delinquent.
