William Dougalss Treadwell, a 42-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot in Baltimore, Maryland, on the evening of April 17, 2014. The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Wolfe Street in the Broadway East neighborhood. Treadwell was in the company of a group of men near Wolfe Liquors when gunfire erupted.
