In the early hours of Friday, October 11, 2013, the life of 58-year-old Reginald Hart, a Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:15 a.m., police were called to the 5500 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue. There, they discovered Hart suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
