In the early hours of a Saturday morning in the fall of 2013, the life of Robert Jackson, a 34-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short on a street in Northwest Baltimore. On September 21st, at approximately 2:15 a.m., police responded to the 5400 block of Crismer Avenue, where they discovered Jackson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
