In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Savannah, Georgia, the life of 40-year-old Marvin Sintell Swan was tragically cut short. On December 11, 2022, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to a call about a disorderly person at the Waters at Gateway apartment complex.
