In the early morning hours of December 6, 2022, a tragedy unfolded at the West Club Apartments on Steven Drive in Macon, Georgia, that claimed the life of 18-year-old Jahryon Willis, an African American male. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to calls of a shooting at approximately 2:30 a.m. and discovered a scene of violence near building 10 of the apartment complex.
