In the quiet city of Cordele, Georgia, a life was tragically cut short on a Sunday evening in November. Carsaveon Harvey, a 22-year-old Black male, was found in the yard of a residence on the 300 block of East 21st Avenue on November 20, 2022, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
