In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 9, 2013, a violent encounter at a gas station in the 3300 block of Mannasota Avenue in Baltimore City claimed the life of Donte Fletcher. At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the scene and discovered that a man had been stabbed at least once.
