In the late summer of 2022, a burst of violence shattered the peace of an Augusta, Georgia apartment complex, leaving two young men dead and a community in mourning. On the evening of September 19th, inside an apartment on the 2500 block of Cascade Drive, 17-year-old Kentevios Wageman, an African American male, was fatally shot. Alongside him, 19-year-old Kameron Tucker also lost his life in the attack. Both were discovered unresponsive and were pronounced dead within the hour.
