On a Saturday evening in September 2022, the life of 30-year-old James Alfred Ancrum Jr. was tragically cut short in Garden City, Georgia. Responding to a call of shots fired at The Pines apartment complex at approximately 9:06 p.m. on September 17th, officers discovered Ancrum with gunshot wounds. He was unresponsive but still breathing when emergency services arrived and transported him to Memorial Hospital for treatment.
