In August of 2022, the life of a 43-year-old woman, Cynthia Wright, was tragically cut short in Augusta, Georgia. On the 23rd of that month, she was fatally shot while at her job as an overnight security guard at a distribution center for Union Agner Animal Health on Fifth Street.
