In the afternoon hours of a July day in Savannah, Georgia, a young man's life was cut short by violence. On July 1, 2022, police responded to a call of a shooting in the 4500 block of Meadows Avenue. There they discovered 21-year-old Samuel Bryant IV suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
