In the early spring of 2022, the life of 23-year-old Maranda 'Randi' Michelle Dover was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. On the evening of April 10th, the young mother, who was also pregnant with her third child, was discovered shot to death inside a vehicle near the entrance of the Regency Mobile Home Park on Quacco Road.
