The incident occurred at the Elite at 285 apartment complex located on Riverdale Road. According to police reports, officers responded to a call about a person shot at approximately 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Demetrius Wilson near the entrance of the apartment complex, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
