In the early moments of a Wednesday morning in Atlanta's Vine City neighborhood, the life of 19-year-old Jaylin Madrie was tragically cut short. On January 12, 2022, Atlanta police were called to an apartment on Griffin Street shortly after 12:30 a.m. to investigate reports of a shooting.
