In the fall of 2021, the life of 18-year-old Kelby '2sTwin' Martin was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Saturday, November 13, 2021, the young Black man was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in a residential area of South Fulton, Georgia, near Buckhurst Trail and Cedar Hurst Trail. Emergency services were called to the scene around 4 p.m., but Martin was pronounced dead from his injuries. He had been a student at KIPP South Fulton Academy, where he attended with his twin brother.
