In the evening hours of October 19, 2021, a single act of violence tragically cut short the life of 25-year-old Kamafi Lowe, an African American male, in Atlanta, Georgia. Around 8:20 p.m., police responded to a call of a person shot at 303 Atwood Street SW, a location just north of the city's West End district.
