In the late hours of a Thursday in September 2021, tragedy struck at the Royal Oaks Apartments in Southwest Atlanta, forever altering the lives of a local family. Jerry Glover, a 43-year-old man, was discovered in the parking lot of the complex, having been shot multiple times. Emergency services arrived at the scene on North Camp Creek Parkway around 11 p.m., but it was too late to save him.
