In the early morning hours of September 2, 2021, a visit to Atlanta, Georgia, turned tragic for 32-year-old Ipalibo Wariboko Jr., an African American male from Miami. Known affectionately as 'Sincere Jr.' or 'Bo' to his loved ones, Wariboko was a father to an 8-year-old daughter and a cherished son and brother. His life was cut short by gun violence inside a hotel room at the Red Roof Plus and Suites on Old National Parkway in College Park.
