In the late summer of 2021, the life of Andre Clements, a 28-year-old African American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Atlanta, Georgia. On the afternoon of August 19th, authorities responded to a call on Marietta Street where they discovered Clements suffering from a gunshot wound.
