In the early morning hours of September 16, 2012, the life of 20-year-old Clarence Ross, a male, was irrevocably altered inside a Baltimore bar. At approximately 1:50 a.m., in an establishment on the 200 block of S. Pulaski Street, Ross was shot in the head. First responders arrived to a scene of chaos and found Ross gravely wounded.
