In the early hours of a Monday morning in Macon, Georgia, the life of 48-year-old Parrish Forster was tragically cut short. On April 12, 2021, at approximately 1:15 a.m., law enforcement responded to a call at the intersection of W Napier Avenue and Mumford Road.
