On a Tuesday night, December 15, 2020, in Jesup, Georgia, the life of 17-year-old Lester Denison was tragically cut short. The young man, a White male, was fatally shot on Fender Road in what authorities believe was a dispute over a small sum of money for marijuana. Wayne County deputies responded to reports of a shooting shortly before 10:00 p.m. and discovered Denison's unresponsive body near a wooded area.
