Zakkary Sebastian Johnson, a 24-year-old White male known to his friends and family as Zak, died on February 3, 2023, in Jesup, Georgia. His life was cut short by an act of gun violence. Johnson, who was born on March 30, 1998, in Rochester Hills, Michigan, had spent most of his life in Jesup. He worked in construction, building houses and roofing, and had a creative side, enjoying woodworking and wood-burning. He was a father, leaving behind a son.
