Victor Kameil Banks, a 38-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2020, following a shooting incident at Ikonz Sports Bar in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred on the night of September 2, 2020, during a Bike Night event at the bar located on North Leg Road.
