In the late hours of a Thursday in Atlanta, 66-year-old James David Eberhart, a male, was found on a sidewalk just two miles from his home. It was shortly before 10 p.m. on June 18, 2020, at a gas station on Lee Street SW, that he had been fatally shot in the head.
