In the quiet of a February night in Savannah, Georgia, the lives of two young people were brought to a violent and tragic end. On February 4, 2020, the bodies of 22-year-old Nathaniel Harvey, Jr. and 25-year-old Kadijah Pendergraph were discovered inside a car at a Savannah intersection.
