In the early evening of a Thursday in Macon, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Deshafore DeAndre Hicks was tragically cut short. On March 14, 2019, in the 700 block of Villa Crest Avenue, Hicks was fatally wounded by a gunshot. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene at approximately 5:49 p.m., where they found that Hicks had already succumbed to his injuries. No one else was reported to have been harmed during the incident.
