In the pre-dawn hours of September 25, 2011, violence shattered the quiet of a Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a young man's life extinguished. Tyrone McQueen, a 28-year-old Black male, was found at approximately 3:52 a.m. in the 3900 block of Dolfield Avenue. He had been shot in the face in what was reported as a double shooting.
