In the summer of 2018, the life of 17-year-old Chalyne Richie Tolbert was tragically cut short. An African American male, Tolbert was shot and killed on the evening of August 2nd in South Fulton, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Godby Road, outside the Sierra Townhomes.
