In the small city of Tifton, Georgia, the evening of Valentine's Day in 2018 was shattered by violence. On that Wednesday, February 14th, Demetrius Graham, a 19-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound. The Tift County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at approximately 9:30 p.m. that led them to a residence at 1705 Bell Avenue, where they discovered the young man.
