In the early morning hours of August 5, 2017, a tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of a Waffle House in Tifton, Georgia, that cut short the life of Jesse William Hall. The 30-year-old master grill operator was a father of three who had lived in Tifton his entire life. Remembered for his love of fishing, hunting, and working on cars, he was, above all, a man who cherished his children. His life, however, came to a violent and abrupt end during what appeared to be an attempted armed robbery.
