In the early morning hours of a June day in 2017, in Gainesville, Georgia, a party at a mobile home on Barnes Drive took a tragic turn, ending in the death of 24-year-old Cornelius Gordon. Gordon was not a resident of the mobile home but was attending a party at the location. Shortly before 2 a.m., while sitting inside a Toyota Camry, an individual approached the vehicle and shot him in the head.
