In the spring of 2017, a promising young life was cut short in a burst of gunfire in a quiet residential neighborhood. Christopher Devante Moore, a 16-year-old male, was at a home on Redan Road in DeKalb County, a suburban area of Atlanta, Georgia, when a vehicle drove by and unleashed a spray of bullets into the house.
