A gathering of friends in Kennesaw, Georgia, took a tragic turn on April 1, 2017, ending in the death of 23-year-old Justin C. Dallas. Dallas was found with a fatal gunshot wound on West Station Drive after what was initially reported as a party that had erupted into gunfire. Despite attempts by his friends to revive him, Dallas succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The young man was a father to two children, including an infant son.
