Murrell Alfred Jr. Hearns, a 31-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot on March 30, 2011, in the Pigtown neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in a parking lot on Washington Boulevard where Hearns was discovered with gunshot wounds.
