In the chill of a December evening in southeast Atlanta, a verbal altercation escalated into a fatal encounter that claimed the life of Quintavious Finley. On Thursday, December 8, 2016, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the 21-year-old man from East Point was shot at least once at the Golf Vista Apartments, located in the 400 block of Cleveland Avenue.
