In the late hours of a Friday night in Atlanta, a dispute in a parking lot on Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard escalated to a fatal encounter for Jeremy Fulton. The 24-year-old man was shot in the chest following an argument. The assailant then got into a red or burgundy sedan and, in the act of fleeing, ran over Fulton's legs.
