On a warm evening in College Park, Georgia, on August 3, 2015, an 18-year-old African American male named Deltino Crain was with two friends, an 18-year-old female and a 16-year-old male, at the Willow Way Apartments. The three were sitting on the stairs of one of the apartment buildings when a vehicle entered the parking lot.
