On a September day in 2010, the life of 48-year-old Robert Lee Lockett was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the 9th of that month, police responded to a call in the 2600 block of Quantico Avenue, where they discovered Lockett suffering from severe injuries to his head.
