In the quiet town of Moultrie, Georgia, the life of 51-year-old Eddie James Harvey came to a violent and tragic end on a Tuesday night in April of 2015. Responding to reports of gunfire, law enforcement discovered Harvey deceased behind the wheel of his 2000 Cadillac Deville. The vehicle was parked in front of a residence on Second Street Northwest. An investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation determined that he had sustained a pair of gunshot wounds.
