In the early morning hours of July 27, 2010, the life of 24-year-old Jermaine Parker was cut short in a fatal shooting. A Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, Parker was found at approximately 4:05 a.m. in the 5100 block of Williston Street.
When police responded to the scene, they discovered that Parker had sustained gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the location of the shooting.
