In the winter of 2022, the life of 21-year-old Ronald Boone was tragically cut short on a street in Northeast Baltimore. On the afternoon of February 5th, officers were called to the 3300 block of Kentucky Avenue for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Boone suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
