In the early morning hours of a January day in Savannah, Georgia, the sound of gunfire shattered the quiet of an East 34th Street neighborhood. When police responded to a 'shots fired' call at 2:07 a.m. on January 15, 2014, they discovered 39-year-old Randy Brown suffering from gunshot wounds.
