On a cold winter day in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Darius Dwayne Goines, a 19-year-old Black male, was shot on January 18, 2010. The incident that led to his death took place at 600 W. Hoffman Street.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and Goines was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The cause of his death was determined to be a shooting.
