On August 27, 2022, 20-year-old Cinque Dunn, an African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in South Chicago. The incident occurred in broad daylight around 3:15 p.m. in the 8300 block of South Paxton Avenue. According to the Chicago Police Department, Dunn was shot multiple times in the leg, arm, chest, and head.
