In the summer of 2009, the life of Dana Richardson, a 44-year-old Black transgender woman, was tragically cut short in her own home. On the morning of June 7th, she was discovered deceased in her apartment located in the 900 block of Brooks Lane in Baltimore's Reservoir Hill neighborhood.
