Gerald Collymore, a 39-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on June 5, 2021, in Chicago, IL. Officers found him unresponsive around 1:30 a.m. with gunshot wounds to his head and chest in the 1300 block of North Mayfield Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
